General conditions of wedding car hire

1. The deposit paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable.

2. The balance due for the booking must be paid 28 days prior to the wedding date. Cheques payable to Brian Neilan please.

3. If the wedding date is changed, every effort will be made to accommodate the change. In the case of a cancellation with greater than 28 days notice, the initial deposit paid will be non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs with less than 28 days notice, 50% of the balance outstanding may be refunded.

4.Whilst every effort is made to ensure the cars are in first class mechanical order we must limit our liability to a full refund of monies paid in the event of an accident or breakdown preventing us from providing a vehicle. We would always seek to provide an alternative in these circumstances.

5.Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
